Overall very good facilities, there's free parking. The location of the hotel is magnificent, close enough to Cambridge, bus stop and the restaurant. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 5 minutes.

Friendly, efficient and assistive staff on Reception and in the Spa. Excellent disabled facilities for car parking and I was kindly located near the quality spa which was much appreciated.Very clean and comfortable rooms and good hospitality tray.

A comfortable stay with friendly service, especially from the reception staff. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. A highlight was the evening meal, the pasta was delicious and was superb. The leisure facilities were quite small, which may not be ideal for everyone.

This hotel has a really relaxed feel and the food in the resturant was lovely. We ordered off the menu in the evening so didnt try the Buffet style dinner and our meal was cooked to perfection.

The hotel facilities were great however I would say that the size of our room & bathroom was a little disappointing. I would concider paying a little extra for a larger room next time.

The room was clean and spacious, with a huge comfortable bed. The leisure facilities were great, especially the pool area. Enjoyed the lovely evening meal that exceeded my expectations. Also loved the convenient bus service into the city!

I liked the leisure facilities the best with the well equiped gym and the good sized swimming pool and steam room and sauna

I didnt like the rather long wait ( 25minutes ) for a table in the restaurant when they did not seem to be overly busy

This hotel was chosen because it was near to Papworth Hospital where my husband had a one day assessment, and were offering a very good 2 nights package deal suitable for our needs. The staff were very courteous towards my dsabled husband.
